Loss of set stones is covered during the product’s warranty period under normal use. We will repair or replace the item as needed.

Faults identified within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced after assessment.
• Post-Warranty Repairs
After the warranty period, repairs will incur a small fee. The cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
