Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials, depending on the product type.
Silver Products - 3 Month
All silver jewellery is covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes manufacturing defects and material faults. If a fault is identified by our team, we will provide a repair or replacement.
Gold Filled - 12 Months
Gold filled jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or material faults. If a defect is found, we will offer a repair or replacement.
Solid Gold Products - 12 Months
Our solid gold jewellery is protected by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty includes manufacturing defects and material faults. If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a repair or replacement.
Warranty Coverage
Set Stones: Loss of set stones is covered during the product’s warranty period under normal use. We will repair or replace the item as needed.
Manufacturing and Material Defects: Faults identified within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced after assessment.
Post-Warranty Repairs
After the warranty period, repairs will incur a small fee. The cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
*Damage Due to Customer Negligence
Damage caused by customer negligence—such as pulling too hard or crushing under heavy objects—can be repaired to the best extent possible, with additional charges. However, exchanges or refunds are not available for such cases.
