Q. Which jewellery pieces are water-resistant and Tarnish-free?
Our Gold Filled, 925 Sterling Silver, and Solid Gold jewellery can be worn in the shower and at the beach without losing its colour or quality.
Q. Can I adjust the necklace length?
Some of our necklaces come with built-in extension parts, while others do not.
If you'd like a longer fit or find your necklace shorter than expected, we recommend adding our necklace chain extender –
Checking our Necklace Length Chart before purchasing can also help you find the perfect fit.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
The shipping time depends on your location and whether your order includes custom jewellery, which may take longer to create.
Total delivery time = Production & processing time + Shipping time. Each product page includes estimated shipping times, so please check before ordering!
Q. Can I exchange or return my order?
If you change your mind about your piece, We’ll gladly refund less shipping costs, within the first 14 days of receiving your piece. Or We are offering a store credit to the full amount including the shipping cost Laondrim has already paid. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed once received.
Return Conditions:
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Custom-made items and sale items are non-returnable.
• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
• Returns sent outside the 14-day timeframe will not be accepted.
