• Many of our jewellery pieces are handmade with meticulous craftsmanship.
  
  
• Custom-made Gold Filled and Solid Gold Jewellery pieces are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
  
• Production times vary depending on the design and materials used. 
  
  
• Due to the cost of materials, craftsmanship, and production time, Custom and Special orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  
  
  

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

• All prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to change without prior notice.
  
  
• The cost of our products may fluctuate based on changes in material and findings prices, such as gold, gemstones, and other essential components.
  
  
• We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods listed on our checkout page.
  
  
• Full payment is required before production or shipment of any order.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We offer domestic and international shipping. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination.
  
  
• Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Due to the handmade nature custom production of our pieces, all sales are final on custom-made Gold Filled and Solid Gold, and personalized jewellery.
  
  
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  
  
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

6. PRODUCT CARE & WARRANTY

• Our jewellery requires delicate care. We recommend following our Care Instructions to maintain the longevity of your piece.
  
  

• Silver Jewellery: Covered by a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects and material faults.
  
  

• Solid Gold Jewellery: Covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects and material issues.
  
  

• Set Stones: Lifetime coverage for the loss of set stones, with repair or replacement provided.
  
  

• Manufacturing & Material Defects: Items with defects identified within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced upon assessment.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
